Truth About Charlie
San Francisco’s a fun place to play, at least until the money runs outs. There are a lot of great magazines on the market chronicling things to do and see in the Bay Area, but most of these events are out of reach for your average college student or entry level professional. I crafted Cadet to fill that void. Thinking of SF as a social battle field, I drew upon WWII propaganda posters as inspiration and mixed them with city and modern design elements more visually in line with the audience the magazine was designed for.
